1. Digital Services (No Right of Withdrawal)
Watch It All Now provides digital content that is accessible immediately after purchase. According to digital consumer rights regulations, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal expires once the delivery of digital content (such as login details for streaming) has begun with the customer's explicit consent.
2. Exceptions & Refunds
Customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a refund only in the following exceptional cases:
- Non-delivery: We have failed to activate or deliver your account within 48 hours of payment.
- Significant technical errors: The account does not function from the start, and our technical team cannot resolve the issue within 72 hours.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Buffering or glitches caused by the customer's slow internet connection (ISP issues).
- Use of unsuitable hardware (e.g., old Smart TVs without sufficient memory).
- Dissatisfaction with a specific channel or VOD, as the library is constantly updated and beyond our direct control.
3. Trial Accounts (Recommended)
Because we want to guarantee the quality of our services and avoid misunderstandings, we strongly recommend that all new customers request a Trial Account first.
With a trial account, you can verify that our service works perfectly on your device and with your internet connection before committing to a long-term subscription.
4. Canceling Your Subscription
Our subscriptions operate on a one-time, prepaid basis. This means you are not tied to automatic debits or unwanted renewals.
Want to cancel your subscription? You don't need to do anything. Your subscription expires automatically at the end of the period you purchased. You are in complete control.
5. How to Submit a Claim
Do you believe you are eligible for a refund based on Article 2? Please contact our technical support within 3 days of purchase. Always include your subscription details or invoice number.
