1. Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following terms are used with the following meaning, unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- Provider: Watch It All Now, the provider of digital streaming services.
- Customer: The natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with the Provider.
- Service: Providing access to digital content (IPTV, VOD, Series) over the internet.
2. Use of the Service
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following rules of use:
- A subscription is strictly personal and may not be shared with third parties or outside your household.
- Simultaneous use of one account on multiple devices is not allowed unless you have purchased a multi-room subscription. Violation of this will result in an automatic block by our servers.
- Re-streaming, copying, or commercially exploiting our services is strictly prohibited.
3. Payments & Prices
All prices listed on the website include taxes. The service is provided on a prepaid basis. This means you pay for the period you choose (e.g., 1, 6, or 12 months).
There are no automatic deductions or tacit renewals. When your period expires, you decide for yourself whether you want to renew.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services (instant access to content), we have a strict refund policy:
- Once a subscription has been activated and the login details have been delivered to you, it is no longer possible to receive a refund.
- We recommend requesting a 24-hour trial account first if you are unsure about the compatibility of your device or your internet speed.
- Refunds are only approved if, due to technical errors on our part, we fail to activate your account within 48 hours of payment.
5. Quality & Availability
We strive for a server uptime of 99%. However, the quality of the stream heavily depends on factors beyond our control:
- Your local internet speed (minimum 30 Mbps recommended for 4K/HD).
- The hardware of your device (Smart TV, Android box, etc.).
- Temporary server maintenance or network updates. We are not liable for brief buffering or downtime caused by ISPs (Internet Service Providers) blocking IP addresses during major sporting events.
